I have Squirrelmail 1.4.6 on a Fedora Core 4 box with Dovecot and Postfix. Mail is flowing into my server and I can see new messages in /var/mail but nothing appears in my Squirrelmail INBOX. When I send mail it does appear in the Squirrelmail Sent folder and when I delete mail it appears in the Trash folder so I assume that Dovecot and Squirrelmail are correctly configured (using MailDir).
