Good day, sadly Debian removed the squirrelmail packages some time ago during the transition to php7 on stretch. I build some packages from the 1.5.2svn branch which can be found under https://mifritscher.de/squirrelmail/ . I built avelsieve as well, which needs a tiny patch to work on php7 (duplicate default statement in switch, killed with a sed -i '584d' include/sieve_buildrule.inc.php)
