Hello, I am new to this list and sqwebmail and I have a vexing problem. I am trying to set up sqwebmail with qmail using PAM and I must be missing something. I tried what was suggested in the INSTALL file about creating a file called webmail in the /etc/pam.d directory that looks like this:
#%PAM-1.0 auth required /lib/security/pam_stack.so service=system-auth account required /lib/security/pam_stack.so service=system-auth password required /lib/security/pam_stack.so service=system-auth session required /lib/security/pam_stack.so service=system-auth This is the format of quite a few of the other services such as su and login but I still just get a "Bad username or password" error when trying to login to the web interface. Is there some configuration that has to be done to get sqwebmail to talk to qmail? I'm not using Courier or vpopmail; should I be just for web mail to work? I'm kind of in the dark here so any help would be greatly appreciated.
