Yes there should be, at least until Inter7 fixes their application.

../configure --help

Will tell you what options you can pass to configure, you don't need to
change any config files.

You are guessing, build the module in on the configure line and don't
worry about authdaemon* stuff.


And please don't top-post, it's hard to follow the actual conversation
