   I guess I should have said what version in the first e-mail. Sorry, 
I wasn't thinking. It's 3.5.3.

   Apparently the tags are getting replaced when I use Netscape, but 
not when I use IE. I have an index.html with a one second meta refresh 
pointing to the cgi file. Is that causing any problems? I don't see why 
it would.

   And of course like everyone else in the world I need to get this 
going soon. Please respond quickly. Thanks.
