Hello. I have the same setup and problem right now. My configure options are
similar, but I disabled everything except authvchkpw. Authinfo correctly
returns my only auth option as authvchkpw. Authtest also works correctly (ie
fails on a bad password and authenticates on good ones). However just like
Philippe, the cgi script fails on every (valid or invalid) login I try. Any
suggestions or is there more information I can provide to help? Thanx!

Run authinfo and authtest from the authlib subdirectory.
