Define "initialize".
What you generally have to do is to have maildrop deliver mail. As long as
no virtual accounts are involved, and everyone's mail goes to
$HOME/Maildir, the setup is rather straightforward:
MAILDIRFILTER=../.mailfilter
MAILDIR=./Maildir
When virtual accounts are used, things get a bit tricky.
