From: line in create message missing domain

I am sure this has been asked a million times, but I have not found an
archive for the list.  My question is simple.  I just installed sqwebmail
using authldap and everything is working beautifully.  However when I click
"Create Message" the From: line contains my user name but the email address
is incorrect.  It shows <luisl@host>, but it should be <luisl@domain>.

How can I fix this?
