Logon mask features

I have some troubles with SqWebMail which I couldn't solve by documentation.

Hoping You may help me, these are my problems:


        In the logon mask I'd like to:
                1) exclude the IP restriction option
                2) Keep a domain as default
                3) let users to change their passwords
