I don't know the exact process in Netscape but you need to scan for new
mailboxes or resynch them with the server and it will rebuild that file.
This would happen anytime you change your folders if you use multiple MUA's.

Subject: IMAP and Sqwebmail folders
I have a freebsd 4.2 system running courierimap and sqwebmail.
Netscape communicator imap logins don't see the folders created by sqwebmail
logins.
When i looked in the virtual user directory, the difference is the absense
of a
courierimapiddb
file in the folders created by sqwebmail.
Could you point me in the right direction to get this to work?
I found a few messages in the archives, but nothing as complete as i need.
Thanks in advance.

I'm not sure what you mean by "map"... If you use Courier IMAP, it uses the
same Maildir extensions for implementing folders as SqWebmail (same author).
I have them both running, and have no problems with folders. Both
applications see them the same way. I don't know about other IMAP servers
that use Maildir, though.
