People like me want the system to do what it's supposed to do! In this 
case it is to display the correct time in messages.

I'd be happy to give you a pop account on my server, so you can prove 
to me that the dates on messages from sqwebmail are correct. If I've 
misconfigured it, I'll fix it. If there is a problem with the program, 
it's up to the author(s).
