Local Time Delivery

Hi,
  just want to know how to change a date header from gmt time to my local 
time. For example (pls see my header below) 

From:                   "Ismal Hisham Darus" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>
To:                     "Ismal Hisham Darus" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>
Subject:                helo
Date sent:              Mon, 02 Apr 2001 03:24:15 GMT 

can i change date send from Mon, 02 Apr 2001 03:24:15 GMT to Mon, 02 Apr 
2001 11:24:15 +0800 ?

btw i am using sqwebmail-1.2.5 with vpopmail-4.9.8-1 running under 
redhat-6.2.
