Cache create failure problem

Hi

  Every time I access Sqwebmail via web, it says following to syslog:

  sqwebmail: Cache create failure - file open

  Also, after some times address books get deleted. There are no much
  users yet on server, so I am talking about my own webmail address
  book.

  System: FreeBSD 4.2, qmail 1.03, vpopmail 4.9.10, qmailadmin 0.43.
