Have your tried doing a "refresh" on your browser? Sounds like old
files are being read, or temporary files not being deleted. You can try
shutting down Windows properly, i.e. closing all apps and then shutting
down. If there is old junk left from previous unclean shutdowns, you'll
have to manually clean it up.
