Ok, I have an update.

1) The problem does not seem to exist with Netscape
2) The change that I had hoped would work last night did not work - although
it appeared to work, when I had initially logged in this morning to check my
email, it still showed the list of messages up until about 1:30am when I had
gone to bed.

I am not sure where to go next. It is definitly happening with MSIE clients
and I can't seem to make it work right. Any suggestions would be
appreciated.
