I have found the following page an excellent reference to getting a
complete system working.

I only had to do a few patches to qmail and Courier-IMAP for some
relay-behaviour I wanted and a patch to the userdb code in maildrop to
have filters working for all virtual users.
Very happy with sqwebmail so far.... Just in the process of redesigning
all the html pages.
