I'd like to  mention that because both support Maildir and LDAP directory, 
they integrate VERY well. However, Sqwebmail doesn't support proxying in 
order to make it work with qmail-ldap. 

We use the same LDAP database for Sqwebmail, SMTP, POP3 and Cisco RADIUS 
services. Very flexible mechanism.
