Password change in sqwebmail

I have sqwebmail, vpopmail and qmailadmin installed.
It seems that I can only change passwords through qmailadmin.
If users are doing a password in sqwebmail it does not have
any effect.
Is there a way that users can change password through sqwebmail?
(It worked ok before I installed qmailadmin/vpopmail)
