System Stress Test

Hi , 

I had finish install qmail+vpopmail+sqwebmail in one box , any idea or any tools to 
perform system stress test , like generate large mail traffic , http request ...etc.

I would estimate this server to handle ~2000 client.
My server config
Pentium III 866MHz 
512MB RAM
20GB*2 HD
2*10/100 NIC
