Delivery receipts should be handled by the mail server.  This is not even 
the standard for delivery receipts, but an obsolete convention.  The 
standard for delivery receipts is the ESMTP DSN. 

I do not believe that disposition-notification-to: is any kind of an 
established standard.  That doesn't mean that this won't be done, but right 
now I have more important things on my plate.  Such as calendaring...
