Qmail + sqwebmail

I'm new to sqwebmail and was wondering if it is possible to make sqwebmail work with 
virtual pop accounts, i currently use the /var/qmail/users/poppasswd file to keep the 
usernames, passwords, homedirs... so then, basically, is it possible to make sqwebmail 
work with this setup?  if so, is there a tutorial of any kind that can help me do this.
