I'm sure you'll get a much more detailed (and most likely correct) answer
from somebody else but:
Maildir path is usually ~/Maildir
This isn't set in stone due to your virtual configuration, maybe. I'm really
not sure what environment variables are available to sqwebmail on execution
(which is probably irrelevant seeing as it is maildrop executing).
Actually, why is Maildir location needed? Doesn't Maildrop execute on
receipt of the email by the .qmail file?
I'd suspect that the maildirfilter variable is wanting a filter binary,
something along the lines of /usr/local/bin/whatever_the_filter_is_called
