When testing with SQwebmail newbies we noticed that when people hit the back
button the latest version of sqwebmail fubars. This generated a huge amount
of complaints and confusion :(

This was tested on both freebsd machines as well as Linux machines running
fairly recent and really recent versions of GCC. This was with
sqwebmail-3.2.0

Symptom:
User accesses their folders and then selects another action such as 'create
message' or 'preferences'. The user then uses back button to get back to
their folders and DOES NOT use a link. The returned page does not render
correctly and contain gibberish. Enough users

All older versions (1 series) tested fine and the back button did not have a
rendering problem.
