Ok, we have stumbled onto the problem with being unable to move/delete 
things from the symlinked Spam folder. Apparently when you move/delete an 
item in sqwebmail it hardlinks that into the trashcan (in the case of a 
delete) or hardlinks it into the new folder (in the case of a move). You 
cannot hardlink across a symlinked directory (or if you can, we dont have 
any idea how do to so). So this seems like a pretty impassable barrier for 
our goals.
