Sorry about the HTML. I know my hostname I have been using it for about
hmmm 5 years. My Apache error log however has the following error:
[ERROR] "attempt to invoke directory as script:
/var/www/cgi-bin/sqwebmail"
I wrote a small .cgi script just to test the permissions on the
directory and that worked fine.

Maybe it's because you're using the wrong hostname?
Seriously speaking: without real data in the question we can't give you
