[sqwebmail] Problem with vpopmail auto-create maildir feature

Hi,

I've just noticed a little 'bug' in sqwebmail;

If used with vchkpw auth module it doesn't auto-create the maildir

The auto-creation of maildirs is a feature of vpopmail and I think it should be implemented
in sqwebmail too, it's useful when u use vpopml with MySQL, you can create a record in the db
and vpopmail will auto-create the right folders with the right permissions.

I've already made a patch for vpopmail that implements this feature in vpopbull (a vpopmail utility)

I'd also like to help in adding this to sqwebmail but I don't know anything about the code of sqwebmail
I'd appreciate if you give me some help about where to lokk to add this feature
of course I will submit the changes I propose to the ml
