Mmm, if "and continue filtering" does not mean "continue filtering", but "leave mail in INBOX", then I have explicitly given instructions to do so. Maybe the comment by the checkbox could be more instructive?
I don't know what YOU're doing, but sqwebmail-generated mail filters leave mail in INBOX only if you explicit provide instructions to that effect. The default setting is to deliver mail to a folder, and that's that.
