Is this analogous to VPOPMAIL_DOMAIN, but for the IP-based hosting side of
things?  If so I am just wondering whether this is another case of doing
something on the IP side but omitting a trivial counterpart on the
name-based side.  But this it out of my territory, so I just had to ask.
