Take a look at the attached patches, please. They each do the
same two things:
1.) consolodate templatedir environment variable code into a function
(we were duplicating code across newmsg_create.c and sqwebmail.c)
2.) adds ability to specify SQWEBMAIL_IMAGEURL environement variable
(which is just like SQWEBMAIL_TEMPLATEDIR, but for imageurl) at
run time.
The difference between the patches is that one uses malloc and the
other uses a 256 character buffer.
I wasn't sure which you'd prefer, but I kinda like the malloc.
Let me know what you think. If you like it, then I'll submit another
patch with updated INSTALL documentation.
