Those are ancient! They may or may not work.

ls -l /usr/local/share/sqwebmail/libexec/authlib/authdaemond

So what error are you seeing now? Are you getting anything in your Apache
log files? Does 'tcpdump' show any LDAP traffic when you login?

NFS is nothing to do with authentication; sqwebmail will not attempt to
access the contents of the mailbox until you have authenticated.

If you won't take this one step at a time, I will not help you.
