[sqwebmail] sqwebmail problem

Hello.
I recently installed sqwebmail on a slackware 8.1
I use sendmail.
Evrithing works just fine.
I can send e-mails but the problem is I can't read them.
The Inbox folder is always empty despide that I just receives lots of 
e-mails.
Can anyone help me with these anoymg problem?
