What are you using as local delivery agent for sendmail? I would suggest 'deliverquota' (included with sqwebmail) or 'maildrop' (separate package) sqwebmail *only* works with maildirs. If new mail is arriving in mbox files (e.g. /var/spool/mail/user) then it will never be seen. Regards, Brian.
