sqwebmail's personal address book is just a plain text file called
"sqwebmail-addressbook" situated in the Maildir, in aliases file format:
nickname: address1,
address2,
address3
Simply create this file and chown it to the same owner as the Maildir, and
you are done.

Not that I am aware of. "Export address book" and "Import address book"
would be quite nice to have.
