[sqwebmail] SqWebMail with German 'Umlauts'

Hello,

my SqWebMail 3.6.0-System works fine. The German "Umlauts" in the
mail-bodies are shown correct.

But the "Umlauts" in the mail-headers are not ok. There is for example a
"?" for an "�/oe".

What can be done? Best Regards
