have a ">>>SENT" folder in additiona to my regular sent folder. I have
checked this across all my domains and all users in all domains have the

Every month the sent folder is renamed; thus, all outgoing mail is
automatically archived on a monthly basis.

This option is controlled from the preferences screen.
