OK, I've had a chance to look through all our logs. I can now say that this problem is not related to multiple logins. The user I have checked on logged in to SqWebmail at 10:22:04am on the 6th (previous login was 17:30 on the 5th). The user received a timeout at 10:24:26 (which should have been after 25 minutes). They logged back in again at 10:24:39 only to find his emails had gone. As for pop sessions, the only pop fetch done on the 6th was at 21:00:09, so it was not related to that. What I have noticed, is that the reason for being sent to the timeout screen was not the 25 minutes, it was a failure of read_sqconfig which triggered the timeout. Regards, Andrew
