(Thanks, Brian.) It displayed to screen, I saved the page to disk, and on disk it's 9169 bytes of text -- which includes a great long 'cookie'. I'm pretty suspicious of that 'cookie', which is coming from the Forum-type software -- suspicious because it looks too darned long to me and also appears to include some HTML coding I wouldn't expect should be in there. Deleting -that- cookie, I get 1684 bytes. :-) Maybe you've solved the mystery, Brian -- though I dunno how it came to be there in that 'shape'.
