So you'd have to have like an alternate inbox where filtered-mail-which-you-
ought-to-read goes.

It's a major bit of functionality which would take a lot of work for anyone
to do.

It's very unlikely to be done, since the ability to filter at delivery time
is already there (including the entire web-based interface within sqwebmail
for writing maildrop rules)

Filtering at delivery time has some advantages anyway - for example, it
works for IMAP users identically.
