ok, got the formatting on commits correct, my apologies.
Seems like we may want to add to the documentation (or helper scripts) a way to
check the actions locally for devs.
It was not clear exactly which strings were allowed by in the commit message
subjet until I read through `.github/scripts/check-commit.sh`.
Food for thought.
