Actually, tls_threads_mode = 2 caused Kamailio to crash almost immediately:

We're running Kamailio 5.8.8 on Ubuntu 22.04 with openssl library version
3.0.2-0ubuntu1.23.
We have a core dump of this crash, if that's of any use? It's strange to get a
crash when it's specifically recommended for this situation.
