It looks like we have 3 modules that depend on libpcre3: regex(k), dialplan and lcr. Shouldn't we package them separately, instead of adding a dependency on pcre3 for the basic install? E.g.: create 3 separate packages ser-regex-module ser-dialplan-module ser-lcr-module.
