fine if you add that mode. andrei only promised to add locking to the
only mode there currently exists.
Then I understood differently the email, which mentions a r/w avp mode
with onreply_route locking in the fix:

Afterwards I came up with the idea to have this mode per transaction,
not global option -- that was a proposal.
