Hello,
some time ago you added is_audio_on_hold() function to textops. Now
there is a sdpops module more suitable for such operations. Is it ok to
move it there? is_audio_on_hold() is new in upcoming 3.2.0 so it is
better to have it in right place before first major release where it is
present.
