Granted, I haven't tried 4.0 yet, but in the 3.3 branch, it appears that
the sercmd/binrpc version of dlg.end_dlg doesn't do anything.
So, I have to kill dialogs using: kamctl fifo dlg_end_dlg
Is there a ready explanation?
