This is quite hard to review. Can you please split this in [0]:
- changes in the code ( fixing the misspelled words )
- changes in the docs ( fixing the misspelled words)
- changes in the code ( adding your new parameter )
- changes in the docs ( documenting that change )
Maybe it is better to have two different pull-request. I'm not so sure about
changing
the name of the misspelled option. This should be discussed
