I pushed to commits to add the extra error codes in the attempt to reconnect
list and enforce the reconnect flag via mysql api (it was done via setting the
field in mysql connection structure, which is still left, just in case older
versions don't have the api).
Not sure if for the ssl connect will solve it or it will require more explicit
connecting functions. Try the patches and if goes well, then I will backport.
