Not sure if it's a good idea or not, but would it be possible to write some
code that would periodically perform a mysql_ping on each kamailio child
running? Maybe a better option is to lower the amount of childs to make sure
the connection is used more frequently? Or if there's already a core setting to
make the usage of the childs more round-robin?
