Applied to combined patch manually.
For future patches, prefix the first line of commit message with 'pkg/rpm' to
be able to merge from web interface here. Also, after the first line of the
comment, leave an empty line if you have large comment. The commit messages are
used for generating changelog and we want a coherent format -- see the github
contributions guidelines on kamailio.org/wiki for more details.
