Hello, my recommendation would be to adapt your data model and possible review your query design. 40 million records will not hit the limits for a proper relational database. You are trying to do something with Kamailio which the software was not optimized for. What module you are using for this? With htable for example you will get not a great performance as it will mostly degrade to a linear list search due to the smaller number of available hash buckets.
