This is a long shot, but ....  to disable SELinux, edit the SELinux config
file at /etc/selinux/config and change the SELinux setting to disabled,
save the file, and then reboot the system for the changes to take effect.
You may also temporarily disable SELinux by running the command; setenforce
0
